Revision Notes XI

I'm kind of compulsively tweaking my Query. Just when I thought I had knocked it out of the park, a new way to phrase my opening comes to mind...

At least my Synopsis is under control.

    Funny how that happens, eh? I just tweaked my query again last night. Only a couple words though.

    I've rewritten my query from scratch at least 18 times. I may be exaggerating a little...

    But, it seems it's never done. There's always a way to make it better...

    Tiffany: I haven't rewritten mine all that often-- this is only really it's third incarnation, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed I won't have to use it ;)

    I too am a compulsive tweaker, though not lately. Must finish revision. This is my mantra.

    My strength is not my story but my writing. That's very difficult to capture in a one paragraph query blurb.

    Just keep plugging away, Amalia! Perseverance is everything.

    VR: I think if your strength is your writing, it will show through exceptionally well in a query blurb :)
