Good to Begin Well, Better to End Well
Funny how that happens, eh? I just tweaked my query again last night. Only a couple words though. I'm glad you're in the trenches with me!
I've rewritten my query from scratch at least 18 times. I may be exaggerating a little...But, it seems it's never done. There's always a way to make it better...
Keep at it! :-)
Stephanie: Ditto!Tiffany: I haven't rewritten mine all that often-- this is only really it's third incarnation, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed I won't have to use it ;)Shannon: You better believe I will!! :)
I too am a compulsive tweaker, though not lately. Must finish revision. This is my mantra. Found my way over from Stephanie's.
Anissa: Thanks for stopping in!You can do it! I'm rooting for you to get through your revision and join us in the Query Wars!
My strength is not my story but my writing. That's very difficult to capture in a one paragraph query blurb. Just keep plugging away, Amalia! Perseverance is everything.
VR: I think if your strength is your writing, it will show through exceptionally well in a query blurb :) Thanks for the words of encouragement!
Comments are Love! (Nota Bene: During #NAMEthatBUTT season, all comments are moderated and your guesses are hidden until after the butt is revealed!)
