I also wanted to welcome all the new followers to the blog! I'm only
I am NEARLY back to myself again, but this week I am still on wrist-probation, so I'm supposed to not be writing yet. I'll let you all know how that goes, I'm sure. (hint: not well, now that I'm feeling better! Lugh is making a nuisance of himself, which is even MORE of a nuisance because I'm supposed to be working with Helen and Theseus this month.)
So, now that those other blogfests are behind us, let me give you a quick peek at what lies ahead!
There are four blogfests upcoming:
- Body Language Blogfest on April 24th
- Baking Blogfest on May 1st
- The Bad Girl Blogfest on May 7th
- Deleted Scene Blogfest on May 10th
Feel free to plug any blogfests I missed in the comments! It's good to know about these things. And again, thank you so much to everyone for all your comments this weekend. It really was great to hear your thoughts! It was a great way to end a hard week.
Be sure to leave your suggestions for what should happen when I reach the big 1-0-0 in the comments, and let me know if there are any topics you'd like to see me cover in the near future!
Congrats on the almost 100! That's totally awesome!
ReplyDeleteAs for future posts, I'd like to know what got you started writing on the topics of Eve and the Greeks. Just curious!
Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteHere's my page where I keep a list of all blogfests I know about:

Thanks Stephanie-- who knows though, it could be weeks before I finally get those final three followers :) And I will definitely put together a post for you on that. I think I've answered it indirectly, but that was a long time ago.
ReplyDeleteIapetus: That's an awesome page! I will keep an eye on it!
You're so close! I just hit 100 over the weekend, but I sat at 98 for a week and thought it would never happen. :) You'll get there.
ReplyDeleteThanks for mentioning the blogfest--and pizza counts! I titled it baking, but really any cooking qualifies. I should probably clarify that on my blog...*wanders off to make a note of that*
Woo! for some reason my characters like to make a lot of pizza. I think maybe because it gives everyone something to do in the kitchen? I'm excited for your blogfest! I think I might even write something new! an idea is forming as we speak--unfortunately, it has nothing to do with Helen... gah! Stupid Thor. Invading everything! ahem. Yay blogfests!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your near 100 followers! I, too feel like 100 is a landmark, but there are so many contests these days, I'm searching for a more unique way to celebrate while still rewarding the best of the best. :)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you're still on enforced writing hiatus. I can imagine how frustrating it must be. Can you make Lugh speak into one of those micro-recorders? I use one occasionally for notes when a pad and paper aren't feasible.
Thanks for the blogfest update. Haven't decide which to participate in yet, although a couple of them are VERY intriguing. Still have to see where time and imagination lead me.
VR: The baking one is calling my name. for sure. I know exactly what I'm going to write for it. well, maybe exactly is an overstatement, but you know what I mean!
ReplyDeleteWhile I do talk to myself/Lugh/Thor/Adam a lot, I can't stand listening to my recorded voice, so while I might make the notes, I'd then cringe to hear them played back. haha.
Let me know what you come up with for a celebration! I'm trying to decide what I want to do too. I think it is going to have to be something creative, somehow, with a reward, but I'm just not sure what...
Amalia! OMG thank you for the publicity ;~) there are so many great ones that I'm going to be rushed off my feet! I'm going to try my best to take part in all of them, lol. I must be MAD.
ReplyDeleteThere's also the Primal Scream Blogfest on May 5th hosted by Raquel at http://nitewriter6.blogspot.com/
:~D
Happy Tuesday!
(#innervoicepeeps :P because you understand)
100 is right around the corner!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great links. :-)
Mia, you are very welcome! It is definitely going to be a busy month for blogfests!
ReplyDelete(And yes. I had to do a round of writing due to some #innervoicepeeps business this morning :)
Jumped on because I saw Amalia's tweet about your blog nearing 100 followers re-tweeted! Just call me Ms. Ninety-eight.
ReplyDeleteThere, I got you to 99! I am only getting started. I tend to concentrate more on writing and researching my novel. I could use some more followers. http://yourjen.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteThanks and good luck getting that last follower!
KLM and J.L.: Hooray! You guys rock! I'm off to get to know you both now in a non-stalkerish way... ahem. :)
